They show a QR code. You scan it.
When a member arrives, they show their Patevo QR. Your staff scans it. The system confirms they qualify — choose the offer(s) to be applied and the system calculates the discount and logs your customer in your account. Done.
You see who came back
Your dashboard shows visit counts, return rates, and which offers worked. Real data, not guesses. You can send a message to customers who have not visited in a while. You can add a generalized offer or a very customer-specific limited time offer only for that customer.

Do I have to offer a big discount?
No. You decide what the offer is. It should be fair to the customer and sustainable for your business. We suggest merchants offer between 20–30% off the total bill, or offer customized discounts off a specific item — such as house cocktails or drinks, for example. We help you choose something that works at onboarding.
How does my staff know if someone qualifies?
The customer shows a QR code on their phone. Your staff scans it. The system confirms they are a valid Patevo member, shows the available offer(s), calculates the discount, and logs the visit. It takes about 10 seconds.
When does it start costing money?
For the first 50 merchants, listing your business is free for life.
Is this only for big businesses?
No. Patevo works well for small businesses. A café with 10 tables, a one-room massage studio, a two-person clinic — the size does not matter. What matters is that your customers can come back regularly.
What if I want to stop?
You can leave the network. We do not lock you into long contracts. If Patevo is not working for your business after the free period, you can cancel.
Do I need to speak good English to join?
No. The onboarding process is simple and we will walk through it with you directly. Setup takes about 30 minutes and we help with everything.
